SPC material expands/contracts in all directions depending on weather conditions. This expansion can amount to 2mm per meter (1/12 in. per 3.28 ft.), so the greater the surface area, the greater the room for expansion that is required.
Our luxurious (Stone Plastic Composite) SPC flooring is designed with an elegant wood-like appearance. SPC Flooring features a 4.5 mils rigid core with an HOA compliant IXPE pad that is 1.5 millimeters thick. The SPC core is co-extruded during the manufacturing process to make the product much more durable and rigid than traditional vinyl flooring. All SPC Floorings is backed by a 25 year limited Warranty for Residential and 10 year Limited Warranty for Commercial.
